Where can i file for my Full & Final Settlement.

My company handed me a hard copy of termination letter on the grounds of poor performance and misconduct which is not true at all. I have performed very well and given company huge profits. In return company never paid my my full salary, never on time, salary deduction has been begun since month of April. I was fed up with their erratic, rude harsh behavior, they have humiliated me also on several occasion just to build pressure. I owe company some dues, which they have never recovered at the time of termination and they have asked me leave with immediate effect. They are after me to pay them the dues. But they owe much large amount as Full and final settlement which includes 1. Salary 2.45 days notice period. 3.Pending salaries since April month4.Bonus5.Earned leaves6.Conveyance7.Miscellaneous amount paid by me for company. I gave them a proposal saying that they can recover the dues from my F& F and pay back the pending amount to my bank account, as they owe me much more
