Where can I file case against my employer

Hello sir, I wish to know if I can file my civil case against my ex employer in Pune As I was appointed for North India and stationed at Delhi . My PF is from Pune . The Co has not stated anything about jurisdication being Pune in the event of any dispute arising.
From the information you have provided, generally the disputes against the employer are to be filed in the state of their registered office but as you said, if the employer has not stated anything about the state of jurisdiction in case of dispute then you can file the case in Pune itself.
