What steps can I take in case of Termination of job ?

06-May-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was working in a private Public Ltd. Co. as Sales manager for 5 months. Co. has terminated my job on non performance ground. Company has only given offer letter at the time of appointment, which states that termination is possible on such issue before confirmation of job( after 6 months). But the co. has not given me any Appointment letter despite commitment in Appointment letter & assuring me in my several e mails. Without Appointment letter it would be very difficult to get new job. Co.Was giving salary through bank & payslips are there. Also there is no written proof of any Warning to me regarding non performance. 1.Can I file complaint against co.in Labour court for cheating me & damaging my career by not giving Appointment letter. Is monetary compensation possible.

You should write them a formal email to their HR department keeping their company's head in carbon copy asking for your Full and Final settlement and for your reliving as per the company's terms. In the same email ask for your appointment letter which was due at their end.
If they fails to respond to the email them send them a legal notice asking for the same. If they still do not makes any response then go ahead and drag them before the competent court of jurisdiction.
