what legal rights against govt. recruitment Department?

we applied for a govt. company ,after interview company cancel their recruitment.we all candidates filed case in high court that "why all seat cancelled without notification,recruit candidate on that seat "(nothing is mentioned about any particular candidate),and only 3 of us are petitioner . now some people are saying their might be possibility that company is going to recruitment only those 3 candidates who r petitioner. is that type of judgement is really possible ? if yes , then how i can add my name also in that case as a petitioner . waiting for your suggestion ,thnx .
You have also right to approach high court in the similar circumstances. If company recruits people without any set rule and procedure the high court may direct the company to recruit as per procedure laid down. If some people approach high court and high court order the recruitment of petitioners you can also take chance in high court.

No, it doesn't happen likE that. All the candidates will be considered who all will be effected by the judgment and the cancellation of the recruitment. Need not worry you will also be allowed if those 3 petitioner will be allowed then.
