what legal action can be taken when company not paying dues?

I worked in a garment company for 20years, resigned in 2014, filed a case against them for not paying dues, now they are requesting to do settlement. How can you help in this matter.
If they are asking you to do the settlement in the matter then it get it done only by the way of mediation done under the scrutiny and guidance of court whose outcome may be recorded on paper in the court file.
Ask for the full amount which is due to you by them and the nominal interest rate of 6 %.
