What is the solution to rampant workplace harrassment ?

Sir, iam working in a deemed university, recently a new manager was appointed, iam his subordinate, he scold and shouted for small things without proper reason I got depressed, any legal remedies please suggest me
You can make a complaint against the new manager in the HR department or you can make an application to the Dean of the said university. Also, you can make an application the to jurisdictional labour court.
