What is the procedure to leave company without serving notice period

I am working in ONGC India since from 2013, currently am planning for masters studies in abroad for that I have to resign my company without completing notice period, for that what is procedure please answer my query.
in this circumstances you have to make payment to company about the leave notice salary . your service conditions are certified by the competent authority or not, if no then it will not required to made payment. you can also make a special request to the concern authority also .
