What is the compensation against termination of service?

18-Sep-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Dear Sir/ Madam: I'm working with a private Ltd co. as Senior General Manager. Joined this company 21 years back as Asst. Manager- F&A. Last year the previous owner sold this company and the new owners are forcing me to submit my resignation instead of giving me a termination letter. Sir, could you kindly guide me on the subject matter. Am I entitled for any compensation ?

Firstly, no one can force you to resign from your job without any valid reason.
Secondly, you can always claim your severance pay if you are being forced to resign from your job. Over to this you are also entitled to full and Final settlement as per the employment agreement.
