what happen if I leave the company without paying the penalty

Hello Sir, pls help me, I am working as a software engg. in IT company .I have singed a bond with my company for 2 years. This bond is on letterhead of the company written as a "Agreement" on the top of the paper, Containing that " IF I leave the job for any reason before 2 year I have to pay the 70000 Rupees as a Penalty." But I want to leave that company, its been 4 months working here, so can I leave it without paying the Penalty.??? No training.. no bonus.... nothing provided additionally. what Action they can take??? whether such a bond is legally valid ??? How they can take the Action If I leave the company without giving Resignation mail to company, So they will don't have any Proof of my leaving against me???

if the service agreement done between you and company which is force on today also, then you shall give a notice as per your service conditions for sepration from the company . if you do not want to continue with company then you should follow the notice period other liabelities, .
