What are the effects of criminal case on Government Job

I have a pending case with IPC 323 , 451, 147, 149 ,504 shall I m eligible for appointment in a Government job or not -
yes , you are eligible for govt job as and when a person is not convicted he deems to be innocent . however govt authority will take understanking that if you got convicted you will be terminated from job.
