What action can i take regarding non-issue of appointment letter

sir, i was selected for the post of lecturer in chattisgarh public service commission and my name was their in the final selection list issued by public service commission. but Directorate of technical education, Raipur, has not given me joining letter saying that some temporary employees have filed a case for their regularization because of which my joining is withheld since 45 days and they are not replying or giving me any written assurance or reason nor replying to my application letters. kindly suggest me what legal step should i take and if any lawyer detail is their kindly help me with that.
First figure out what cases have been filed, then you also file a case and tell the court about your problems.That will serve them right and then they will be compelled to give you your designated post.

You should first file for RTI by which you will get to know the exact status. Then you can serve a legal notice first and then should file a petition. Though, for more accurate advice I need to see all the relevant papers.
