what action can be taken against false information furnished?

if some one try to get promotion with false information furnish when he fill the application form. what necessary action can be taken in court to prevent this..?
You need not approach the Court for this. Take the evidence of the information being false to the authorities responsible for the promotion. They would take it into account and follow the necessary steps to reverse the promotion. They might also take disciplinary action against the person who furnished false information.

depends that whether he was able to get job/promotion due to it or not and whether he was also aware that what he was doing was wrong or by misjudgement or misinformation of third part it happened.More details needs to be discussed to come to a definite conclusion.
