Was working as govt lecturer but got terminated because of poor health

My wife worked as permanent lecturer in one of Karnataka preuniversity colleges since December, 2003.She was sick during her tenure of service and was also admitted at a private hospital.She also absent from duty from middle of 2009 and we submitted a written request to the director PU board, Bangalore to give her enough time to recover from illness in 2010 and in 2011 we again submitted a letter that she is recovering and will join duty in 2012 but her services were terminated under KCSR under clause 108 and 8(viii) of Karnataka Civil Services Rule 1957 on 31/12/11. She wants to join her duty

We will have to examine the clause clause 108 and 8(viii) of Karnataka Civil Services Rule 1957 on 31/12/11 and the termination letter and accordingly we will be able advise your further
