Was appointed as assistant in LIC can I claim permanent job

Tamil nadu terminated,full time LIC versus LIC of India on march,2015. Civil Appeal No.6950 Dear Sir, Whether the temporary assistant post fall in class III or class IV. I worked in LIC as temporary assistant only 30 days in 1986, April,at Tamilnadu ,Tiruvannamalai Branch I am not a member in union. can I get regular appointment in LIC as per the judgement
If your are working with LIC as a temporary workmen, then as per the such judgement the corporation has been directed to absorb you.
However, if you are not working with LIC and working in some other organization, then this judgement is not applicable.
