Hi Doctor ,
Do not worry. in terms of Section 27 of Indian Contract Act, any agreement by which anyone is restrained from exercising a lawful profession, trade or business of any kind is void agreement(NO legal sanctity ). So the issue of bond will never arise , they can not stop someone to not leave the job or claim something under the garb of Bond that will be a kind of restraint, Delhi High Court recently describes the said principle.
almost all private organization are adopting such kind of practices to harras the employees. You can leave them by intimating in writing.
Thanks.

Dear Doctor,
Usual terms or conditions in a job contract have a notice clause, which is generally a month.
Under normal circumstances, the notice period is one month, and either party can terminate contract with one month notice.
Since you have the copy of offer letter, you should check what terms and conditions are there.
No company can hold you against your wishes, so feel free to tender resignation if you so desire.
The blackmail will not last long.
All the best.

It can be happen, to compel any employee for forced work, it is against the sprite of The Indian Contract Act, and the Fundamental Principal of The Indian Constitution.

But before leaving / resignation, you must crate certain ground so that you can nullify their legal action.
