Want to buy out my remaining notice period employer refusing

My Notice period at private IT firm is of 3 months.I want an early release in 1 month and I willing to buy out the remaining of my notice period of 2 months , however the employer is unwilling to let me buy out.Request you to let me know my rights ?

There must be clause in the contract between employer and employee regarding notice period and in case you want early release then amount to be paid by you, if you have better option than you shall give notice to your employer for early release, provide copy of contract for better advice.

No employer can force you to stay back on your job even when you want to buy out your notice period. Once your salary for the month is paid. Send a email to the your boss and copy to the director saying that you would not be coming to office from So-so date and mention in the email that you are willing and ready to buy out the notice period, but its them who is not accepting the same. Also handover all the white goods like laptop phone etc and do take a receipt.

read your contract/agreement and then find your answer in it as it very exhaustive.
or meet some lawyer with your agreement/contract he will be in better position to assit you.
