Were you given notice at the time of termination? Whether or not you can contest your case depends on particular facts of your case such as: were you given notice before termination? what were the grounds of termination? You will have to act upon your grievance quickly as even if you decide to sue the company for wrongful termination the limitation is three years. Kindly contact with specific details.

You can veruy well move to the court if your terminal dues , have not been cleared. Also , if your termination is done forcefully or under any influence then you can move to the court , in writ Jurisdiction or under relevant provision of Labour Laws depending on the peculiar facts of the case.

If you were in a government job then you need to approach the domestic enquiry committee for the trail and then to the appellate Tribunal depending upon the situation that whether you were an employee of state or the central government.
In case you were in a private company then you need to send them a legal notice asking for your reinstatement in the job as you were terminated from the job without any reason. If they fails to respond to the notice or do not give any proper response then you can drag them before the competent court of jurisdiction for your reinstatement in the job.
Or else you can bring up a separate suit for the financial loss and the mental harassment and agony you have gone through at the hand of your previous employer.
