Undue pressure in form of termination threat by manager?

12-Jan-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Hi, I am working with a start up company for the last 20 months in sales. I've been performing my duties well and have been a top performer in the team for the last 3 quarters. Recently My manager has started to put humongous pressure only on me when I still the frontrunner when it comes to the revenue and kind of laying ground for terminating me by sending warning type letters. The same has been done with many employees in the recent past. My family is dependent on me for the running the house expense. Pls. Help

Dear Sir,

This is happening in a lot of Startup Companies. Unfortunately there is little you can do against the Company while you are doing the job. Start looking for other opportunities and once you get a job maybe then you can take the COmpany to Court seeking redressal of your grievances stating that you were being tasked with work that was not in your work profile etc.

Try to resolve the issue internally by entering into a dialogue with the HR people. Go through the terms and conditions of your appointment as described in your appointment letter, make a note of all the relevant clauses that pertain to termination of services. Try to make them understand that none of the eventualities are present which demand your termination. If the discussion fails, send them a legal notice alleging that you're being harassed and claim compensation.
