traped in cyber crime and got no payment and asking money

we worked for outsourcing company we signed one scanned 20rs black and white stamp paper as an agreement.They called me for this job said they said we will pay rs 20 for each form filled and pay you 44800 after successful completion of work they never told us that we have to pay Rs 5200/-. if we failed. Even all the people receive another mail just after getting this work that they will type our work ar rs3 per form. this was their common procedure. some people gave money here to get job done.After completing the job they gave us false report and ask for money and if money is note given they will send legal notice.Please help me out with this situation.

No you are not required to pay any amount to the said opposite party as the acts done by them, constitutes as cheating under 420 of IPC and Section 71. Penalty for misrepresentation:
(1) Whoever makes any misrepresentation to, or suppresses any material fact from, the Controller or the Certifying Authority for obtaining any license or Digital Signature Certificate, as the case may be, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or which fine which may extend to one lakh rupees, or with both.

Penalties: Punishment: imprisonment which may extend to two years
Fine: may extend to one lakh rupees or with both.
