Took VRS in 2015 revision wages will be applicable in my case

I took VRS in the year 2015 after completing 33 years service under pension scheme. Whether I am eligible for the present wage revision which is institued retrospectively from 2012. Since my VRS is not coming under the special vrs where the employee gets additional benefit I believe I am also eligible for wage revision.
