Took leave from company but now company not letting me join back
17-Feb-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was working in company. I was on leave from 17 december to 10 January by duly informing the company about it. When i asked them to when to join back. They are delaying it till date. What can i do in such situation?
You can very well join and get back to your work, provided that, it has be seen, what is been provided in your joining letter or your service contract. they have to give valid reason and compensate accordingly. It would be more appropriate to see the paper first. kindly follow the suggested method for consultation.

Send them notice for reinstating you, however you should have to join rather than asking, please provide more information regarding the issue what reason company assigned to not get you join the company again.

Yet I would like to inform you that you have right against the company. You should be file a labour complaint in labor Court under( Industrial disputes act 1947) *
