my qualification is bsc. and working as a lab attendent at govt. school gurdaspur.. yet i m on the post of non teachng but em teaching in school to various subjects..as to get higher qualification i applied for b.ed examination this year from punjab university..after the process of registration they demanded employment certificate and qualification certificates to post which i did after this the university display their merit list online in which i get my name.on the day of counselling they refuse to give us seat in b.ed by giving the excuze that we don't have ETT/NTT evn i hv teachng exp cert
Your query is silent on the eligibility criteria of the course which you applied for. In case the eligibility criteria was ETT/NTT , then you have no option,
However if there was no such eligibility criteria, you can file a Writ petition against the government thereby seeking direction to consider your candidature.
