The legal issue is whether I worked with GAIL as its direct employee ?

I'm pursuing the matter from ALC - Dehradoon since year 1997. I worked at GAIL of India, NOIDA (UP) from April 91 to June 95 as Dispatch Clerk without any break in my service.
GAIL Management say, I was its Radio Operator on contractual basis through a contract agency.
But my claim is not for job of Radio Operator. I have claimed the job of perennial nature (Dispatch Clerk) because I worked as Despatch Clerk at GAIL, Noida (UP)
I wish to seek legal advice from you whether the above case has something for me to win OR not... because i have lost my youth to get.

If you were working as a despatch clerk with GAIL, then there must have Been an appointment letter or some agreement between you and the employer to prove that you were appointed on a particular post and have been working with the company as such. Relevant papers pertaining to your employment will be a great help in Giving you proper legal advice
