Termination of Employee with out compensation. How to proceed ?

what action should be taken if employer teminate employee with out any compensation and what guideline we should follow in India ? Please share the guideling that would be in employee favour.

The termination from any job comes only on some specific condition and if so has been made you must first get information about your dues which are legitimate and then ask them about your amount many of the dues stands after compleating of some specified period.

Your rights in this case are protected in terms of section 25 of the Industrial Disputes Act. So, the employer either has to give you a clear notice before proceeding to retrench you. In case he fails, he's under an obligation to give you compensation/one month's salary in lieu of notice.
