Termination from employment yet the salary not paid

18-May-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
joined on 11th April and till my last day of 3rd march I was not given offer letter,no bank account was opened. This is small company with 8 companies and hence the CEO take care of everything. I was given an offer of Rs 52k verbal and was informed within 1 week of joining will get all the details. I asked for the letter continuous for 2 weeks but whenever I asked he gave me a target of Rs 6 lac. He also told me there is no policy of salary if targets are not achieved. By 2nd may he asked me to leave and I said yes provided my salary is given. The conversation was long and at last he asked me to drop an email with bank details. I have done the same and now there is no response after 3 reminder. Please let me know how to go about it. As for this reason I am jobless and if I am getting a job than I have to join at a lesser salary.

Did you enter into an employment contract with your employer? If yes, then do share the details because it would contain a clause regarding resignation and payment of salary in lieu of notice period. If not, then you should immediately send a legal notice to your employer and demand payment of your dues and if your company then fails to pay then you can approach the appropriate labour court for redressal.
