Termination for not opting VRS. Labour query

Sir I am working in a MNC pharma company as a workman for last 16 yrs , on 1 st of July 2017 company offered VRS to all , which was valid till 12 th of July , as I had not opted they issued termination on 20th of July 2017 without giving any reason. Same evening my immediate boss said still you can apply VRS. according ly I had sent VRS APPLICATION ON 20th of July 2017. Now my question is as follows After termination can they accept my VRS application. If they accept it then can I take the legal help for forcefull VRS

Yes, you can hire a good lawyer and draft a suit stating the infringement of your rights. You can give the evidences of the communication where you were forced to take VRS. You can also refer to the terms of your employment and file a suit for the violation of terms of agreement.
