We will have to examine the terms of your appointment. If as per the appointment letter, if at the time termination, company is required to pay 2 months salary, then you will have to abide by such conditions.

Since you are an employee,  so you will not be included with the ambit of Industrial Dispute Act 1947.

Industrial dispute Act is not applicable to you since you cannot be termed as a labour and further you might have singed some confidential agreement with the company based on with your claim is very much restricted in terms of actions/claims against the company.
