Termination by the employer during probation period.

Employer terminated 3 year experienced professional with in a months time after joining. Reason provided was not meeting the expected performance and same clause was also mentioned in offer letter. 1. We suggest that you should send a legal notice to the employer thereby specifying said facts and further state that the termination was illegal and hence you should be compensated for  the same.

In case they fail to reply, then you can file a suit thereby demanding compensation
