Terminated without notice what action can I take

Joined PIMS as an Assistant Professor. Had to go for higher training. Leave not sanctioned. Terminated on coming back. Salary not paid for the period I worked there. Need to send a legal notice and possibly file a suit for recovery of salary also 3 month additional salary since I was not served a 3 month notice for termination. How can I proceed with the case
