Terminated from service without notice what can I do

I have worked with a startup firm. They suddenly discontinued my services without any notice and did not pay me the complete salary also they didn't gave me any joining or relieving letter. Please assist
You seem to have no record of employment with this employer. Did you sign any contract or agreement with them. How long did you work? Usually the employer can terminate services without notice during probation period. Yet, if there are any dues they can be recovered by filing a civil suit for recovery.
