I was working in Kohima on deputation basis through not for profit NISG coming under DeiTY,(Digital India). I was surprise to find the place where I was sitting was not having even water in toilet and we were not provided any heater while we were sitting at 5 degree temperature and all of sudden I got slip disc because of sever cold and was on one month leave. They blocked my salary and even after joining, they paid me 4 month later. Please refer to the HR Policy of the company, or a retainership agreement that may have been signed by you and your employer, to get clarity on the procedure for termination. In case there has been wrongful termination from the end of the company, you can file a suit for wrongful termination, which is a civil civil lawsuits. As you have left your company you should look for any clause in your service agreement which states the reasons to terminate an employee if you dont fall into the same you can simply send a legal notice through a lawyer asking for valid reasons for termintaing. If you file a civil wrongful termination lawsuit, you (the plaintiff) are asking the court to order your former employer (the defendant) to pay money to compensate you for losses caused by the termination. This compensation is called damages.
