Terminated from job fnf paid unilaterally what action can i take

Hi i was working with subsidiary of singapore MNC run as family business . in Aug 2015 company terminated my services saying no projects available for my skill and they will give me settlement pay package after 3 months they paid me amount unilaterly without any disucussion how amount has been calculated
However, it is govern by the terms and condition stipulate in the Employment Contract.
If anything contrary to that you can recover that by the suit for recover along with compensation.
