Terminated from job because of misuse of sources. What to do

I have terminated from one mnc,because of finance issue. There is one application through that we can create records to get our allowance. We found there was one bug in the system that accepts record for same day it creates multiple records. So that we can get along double. So we used that benefit. Company found that bug and found I misused. So they terminated my job. We asked apologies many times. But they are not considering giving only termination letter. With the termination letter am unable to join anywhere. Is there any possibility to get service letter. Please advice.

AS you have done fraud against the company and they have terminated you, you should be thankful that no legal action is been taken against you. You can request the HR regarding the same and try to work it out. but it is really difficult.
