Terminated from earlier job will this effect my present job

04-Oct-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Sir i was working as a clerk in a govt department but for some family reasons i had to go to my home town and i could not join my duty for three months. During the time i replied all the letter from my department about my problem regarding the critical condition of my pregnant wife. The department terminated my services saying it's serious carelessness under probation period. Now i am selected for another govt job but they are asking for a verification form in which a column is regarding previous employment. If i write about my termination will it affect my new appointment? What should i do? I also have questions in my mind regarding pran number. Please advice me. Thanks

The matter placed by you needs to be handed carefully. If you were in probation period can't be said to be a permanent employment. You were working earlier on which Govt department on probation and now got an offer from which department or any private company need to specify before arriving to any situation for me to advice.
