TDS deducted from salary when asked for it company delaying

I resigned from a company. TDS used to be deducted from my salary every month. NOw it's been 3 months since i resigned. Whenever i call them for getting TDS they are delaying my claim. How can i recover my TDS?

Yes, you can send them the legal notice through your counsel or file the case in appropriate forum in this regard...
Better u seek detail consultation by disclosing complete details, so that exactly can be suggested to do..

It is the statutory duty of the company to provide the details of TDS, which they deducted from the salary of the employee.

It is your legal right to obtained it.

It would be advisable to send them a Legal Notice.
