Tamil nadu temp employees union vs LIC

I am working as temp peon in lic from past 11 months. There is no regular peon in lic all of them get promoted. It is written in my contact that If regular peon will come then my job will be gone. Supreme Court have given judgement in the favour of. Tamil nadu full time temp employees and ordered to regularise them. In such case what will happen to our future. If LIC kicked us out to place them. What will we do.
Take note of following -
1. As per Supreme Court judgment it is now required that your job has to be regularized making you a permanent employee. There's no other way out.
2. If they refuse to do so you may sue them for contempt of Court.
3. If they try to oust you from your job so that there can be no compliance required as per Supreme Court judgment then again you can file a case in against this ousting of yours asking for - (a) compensation (b) salary loss and (c) reinstatement of job.

we will have to go through the judgement you are referring. If temporary peons are made permanent then i am sure you will also be made permanent. But we need to discuss your case in detail and we can approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court or make a representation to the govt of Tamil Nadu.
