Suspended by school principal without giving any reason

i m suspended without reason with a note inquiry contemplated.after elapse of 3 months i was not aware of the charges .till date no charge sheet issued. i hv requested for change of HQ from jamshedpur to dhanbad,not accepted. They have also not taken the conscent of the chairman of the school .
Your employment in private sector depends upon your employment contract, if according to your employment contract if there is any clause that states that in case of suspension you are bound to get a reason for such suspension and you do not receive any reason or grounds for your suspension then you can take legal action against your employer.
