Suggestion regarding R&P rules

Sir all i want to know that himachal govt has just amended r&p rules of PGTIP to give benefit to a special category of teachers by putting a condition of 5 years of teaching experience for commission aspirants. Actually govt has to advertise around 800 of such vacancies. Earlier they have amended r& p rules by announcing that these teachers will be given advantage during interview. But now they put this condition on entrance too by amending r&p rules again. By this decision of government thousands of parents who spent lacs of rupees for the studies of their wards will be out of commission

The state government has notified the recruitment & promotion rules for the post of post graduate teachers (PGT) in the department of higher education. As per the notification, post graduate teachers shall teach those subjects from class 6th to class 10th which they have studied at graduation level in addition to teaching of plus one and plus two classes, the subjects studied by them at the post graduation level.
