Sudden termination after working as contractor for 10 years

Working under contractor 10 years .principal employer is a PSU (first schedule ) company.Contractor suddenly terminated showing cause of 60 years retirement. without giving any benefit. please tell the procedure to appeal for claim. my family is suffering

You can undoubetedly claim your benefit.Please go ahead and file a writ petition inorder to get your dues.
You havent mentioned your age,designation. All of this are required.There are certain jobs where appointment of contract labourers are prohibited.You can refer to The contract labour abolition act and rules.

MY OPINION THAT i have follow your matter & i think that you have legitimate claim / claims as you required on your working period & working capacity basis form your principal employer ,you should move at legitimate forum with your required demand.

Incomplete questions.Needs total fact of the case.First of all, whether muster servant relationship between the affected individual and the principal employer (here stated to be a PSU) exists​ that required to be examined.kindly be advised that a teleconference is required to be fixed through lawRato.
