Submitted documents required but still not received any joining letter

Got selected for school lecture post through RPSC but stay orders were passed by HC. when I asked them about the reason they said because I have done my post graduation from Sikkim university they wanted same documents to submit which I did stay is removed but still have not received the letter for my joining
Move an RTI application inquiring into the status of your application and further the applications of other similarly situated persons. If the response is not adequate make a formal representation to the authorities and the proceed to the High Court for a writ of mandamus.
