Still haven't received any information for recruitment what to do

Respected sir/mam we 300 candidates were selected in a central recuritment. Final result was declared 6 month ago by the department. the selected candidates have not received any intimation about the further process such as document verification and joining.Several phone calls and visits to headquarters have not yielded any results. please tell me 1. After how much time we can take a legal action related to this problem in CAT. 2. Any other option to get solve this problem. 3. Can the department cancel this recuritment after 6 month of result declaration...if they cancel,what action should we take?? 4. is there is any time limit in which any central recuritment body can cancel their result???? thank you so much in advance.

as per your query it is difficult to tell you that whether the department would cancel your recruitment or not ? but even if they do so they give the notification and reason for the same. but till now you people have not received anything regarding cancellation of recruitment right? for more details of your result you go with the RIGHT TO INFORMATION Act.
After sending application to RTI within the 30 to 45 days after application to RTI you will be able to know status of your result. if something happens against your result or if your recruitment is cancelled we can go for legal action. so for the time you try to get all the details through RTI. and f u need any help call me.
