Sister got job on compensatory ground can I claim the job now

My sister had got the job on compensatory ground .Now can i claim the job or withdraw my consent which i had given on that time
As it depends upon the organization your are seeking job for. But in general if once job is given they donot allow the other person to get the job for the same opportunity or reasons. Now you will not be able to take the benefit of the job which your sister is already taking.
