Signed service bond left without completion of training period

09-Apr-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)

I took up a job offer from a big IT firm. I had a training period-4months and 12 month probation period. I have signed a service agreement(which covers this training period and probation period) which states that if I leave the company before completing training + probation period then I would be liable to pay : 1. 75% of my salary 2. Computer charges 3. Some other charges like recruitment cost and training charges I did not even complete my training. They are now asking me for 2.5 times the salary I earned. Else they will move to court and charge 18% intrest! What to do?

Greetings,
Yes most of the companies send the legal notices to such employees who leaves the company before completion of the contract, however you can challenge in the court and defend yourself as to why you had left the employment
