Signed employment agreement on a plain paper is it valid agreement?

I've signed a bond of 45k for 12 moths, but the document i signed was only a green paper mentioning employment agreement. In that doc is valid?

Yes the document is a valid contract and can be enforced against you in a court of law. The other party will however have to prove that the document forms a valid contract.
