Signed bond with the company is it valid under Indian law

17-Feb-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)

I signed a document while joining a top IT company that says I have to work for 2 years minimum. If I quit before the stipulated time, I will have to pay a bond price of 75,000. It is not signed on any stamp paper. Is this document valid in an Indian court of law? I might not be able to complete 2 years due to various personal reasons.
