Signed bond for 4 years in central govt how can I leave job

Service bond of 4lakhs for one year training and three year service in central Govt.Deptt has to be signed.What and how much damages the department can claim if I join and leave training within a month with or without getting salary.
Generally the cost of training is proportionately calculated for the period you undergo training. In this case total cost of one year training being Rs 4 lakh, cost of one month would come to about 33,333/- ie 400000/12. They may add some departmental charges of calling you for training and other misc expenses.
