Serviced notice period but company is not doing f&f settlement

Hi sir , as per the appointment letter I had to work for 2 years in the company , as per that I worked 2 years, after completion of 2 years I resigned the company as per the t&c I had to serve 3 months notice period but there were no projects in the company they told me that you will be relieved soon so handover all the company properties, as per their instructions I handed over all the company properties after handed over they didn't give any of the acknowledgement or relieving letter and experience letter and they are directly telling we can't give althose things, plz help
