Sent resignation mail but no reply from HR department what to do

Sir, I quit the job on 25th april by sending a resignation by mail but I didn't get any reply from HR department. And now they have withheld my salary. I really need that salary as I have financial problems. Please suggest me some ways so that I can get it.
You need to send a legal notice to the employer demanding the full and final settlement. If the employer denies/ignores to comply to the same, then you can file a civil suit for recovery in the jurisdictional Civil court.
