Senior Citizen being harassed by officials

04-Dec-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
My father is a senior citizen (72 years) living alone in village with my mother. His life is under threat. We also has raised grievance on dated 24/11/16 to PMO (PMOPG/E/2016/0508773) also to CM office Bihar. He is continuously being mentally and physically tortured for raising his voice against corruption happened in PACs and Manarega schemes after taking the RTI information. First they hired a people to log fake and false complain in Labor department and now the same person lodged complaint in Harizan cell by again fake and false allegations. That can be inquired by any of the official. This is totally the Acts of Labor and Harizan laws being misused, just to ruin my father completely to keep silent till his age. The first complain in labor cell where he said, the imaginary amount not paid to him for his work. However this can be enquired by any official. Due to age issues, since my father cannot do agricultural work, few lands were given on lease for last 6-

you can file a complaint with the senior authorities. if they also dont take any action you can file a complaint with the police. if the police is not taking cognizance of your complaint then you may complaint to the higher authority still if it doesn't work then you may issue a legal notice and may file a private criminal case before the concerned courts of law.
