Selection grade pay refused. Low cadet get more pay. Higher officials not considering. I am requesting pay revision as per G.O's
You can claim your grade pay as per the GO.have you sent your represent action to the appropriate authority
If they are not considering in accordance with law you can approach the hon'ble high court if your department falls under state government. If it is central Government you can approach the Hon'ble Central administrative tribunal.
